Who we are
AVDC began in Alaina Visalli (Demchok)'s home and quickly grew into a community dance studio, now located in the Lakeville Park.
At AVDC we believe wholeheartedly that personal attention is paramount in the growth of our students. We take the time to ensure the individual talents of each dancer are carefully nurtured and developed, so that every dancer feels a sense of accomplishment.
Our programs carry an extensive curriculum rooted in that idea, taught in both private and group settings.

From a child's first waltz around the room to a senior's competitive repertoire, every program is built on technique, artistry and character.
A great way to start a little one's dancing career. We teach tumbling, tap and ballet during a 45-minute time frame — an introduction to musicality, movement, creativity, terminology and group interaction. Tons of fun with games and prizes, and our Creative Movers are usually the stars of the showcase!
Classes in Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap and Acrobatics. Ballet is the foundation of all dance — and acrobatics builds the body strong and flexible for future dance careers. Our Mini Competition Team wins high-scoring accolades at regional competitions.
Mini Competition TeamBallet, Pre-Pointe, Extreme Stretch, Turns/Jumps, Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Choreography, Stage Make-up and Acrobatics. The perfect age to create their own choreography and apply their own stage makeup.
Junior Competition TeamMusical Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Choreography, Stage Make-up and Acrobatics for ages 13+. Seniors continue creating choreography and may even assist in teaching their own classes, subject to training level. Our Senior Competition Team wins high-scoring accolades and scholarships at top competitions.
